Signs Agreement with AOL

PORTLAND,
MAINE (NOV. 16, 2000) -- RSN) today announced a content agreement
with America Online, Inc. (NYSE: AOL), the world's leading interactive
services company, that will bring RSN's active outdoor media and
information to several America Online brands.
Under
the agreement, customized co-branded sites will provide RSN's rich
outdoor content to the Travel Channels on AOL, CompuServe and Netscape,
allowing users to get information about skiing, snowboarding, travel
conditions and more. In addition, the Sports Channels on AOL and
CompuServe will feature access to RSN's skiing and snowboarding
information, and RSN will provide additional content to CompuServe's
Weather and Outdoor Channels and AOL Digital City's Ski Guide.
Through
the co-branded sites, or by using AOL Keyword: RSN, users of the
America Online brands who are active outdoor enthusiasts will have
a daily source for outdoor information and entertainment. RSN's
vibrant outdoor content includes weather conditions, snow reports,
event listings and point-of-play profiles from an extensive network
of destination areas. RSN media properties include "Reel Thrills,"
a medley of short-format music and video clips from the hottest
outdoor filmmakers, hosted by the legendary Glen Plake; and "Extreme
Scene," a showcase of the latest action sport flicks.
