News Update: September 24, 2004 DC SHOES AND PRO SKATEBOARDER STEVIE WILLIAMS PART COMPANY Vista, CA . . . DC Shoes, Inc., announced today that Stevie Williams is leaving its skate team to pursue other opportunities. "Stevie and DC have had a long and mutually rewarding relationship, " said DC President Ken Block. "Stevie is a great talent and a great personality. We really enjoyed having him represent our brand these past 5 years. We are sad to see him go, and wish him all the best in his new endeavors. " The Azure, which would have been Stevie's fifth in a long line of successful pro model shoes, will hit shelves in Fall 2004 but will be sold and marketed without any association with Stevie.
