The Snowboard Journal Increases Circulation

La Jolla, CA –Jason Ford and Jon Foster, publishers of The Snowboard Journal announced today that circulation has grown a remarkable 70% since the first issue landed less than one year ago. This increase is attributed to new subscribers, core shop support, the addition of select REI’s, and increased bookstore presence throughout North America. Limited copies can also be found in select parts of Japan and Europe.

“Issue #004’s on sale marks just over one year in publishing. We’re pleased to be growing according to our expectations,” says Ford. “It feels great to know that we made realistic promises to the snowboard industry and then delivered.”

The cover of #004 is graced by an epic image captured by veteran Aussie photographer Scott Needham. Features include: Portfolios by Jeff Curtes and Dan Hudson; The amazing story of the highback revolution by Burton binding guru Chris Doyle; Northwest soul-man Temple Cummins speaks his humble mind; Canadian Shin Campos returns to his Austrian home away from home, and plenty more to sink your mind into. To get a closer look at these and everything else inside the new issue of The Snowboard Journal, pick up a copy at your local shop or bookstore.
